MLS Creative hospitality consulting was born from Marie-Louise Sciò’s twin passions: her family properties, Il Pellicano and La Posta Vecchia, and her love of hotels and the details that have made them two of Italy’s most sought-after luxury hotels.

She has achieved this through the creative vision that is the red thread tieing all the details together creating a seamless and authentic guest experience. Curating and orchestrating every aspect of the guest’s experience at every point of contact.

From the general concept of the hotels, their interior design, the seamless service, to the choice of music and the culinary experience, achieving that elusive quality that people look for in hotels; Personality, content, charm and that little bit of magic.

Marie-Louise is making her expertise available to others by launching MLS Creative hospitality Consulting, a company that aims at reproducing the success of the Pellicano approach. Marie-Louise will develop bespoke strategies aiming at creating a unique culture around hospitality and real estate projects. An avid traveller and a Rhode Island school of design architecture gradute. She has the knowledge of the operator, the mind of the architect, and the critical eye of the well-travelled guest.
